What you're agreeing to when you create an account, run a scan, or subscribe to Premium.
Read the Privacy Policy →By creating a HairFall Guard account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use HairFall Guard.
HairFall Guard photographs your hair and scalp, scores their condition using an AI model, tracks that score over time, and can suggest a personalized care routine. Free accounts get two scans, once, ever; HairFall Guard Premium unlocks a daily scan allowance and trend projections. Some AI-generated content — routine suggestions, chat replies — is produced by a third-party model and may occasionally be inaccurate; use your judgment.

HairFall Guard is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — your score, your AI-generated routine, or a chat reply — is a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for care from a licensed physician, dermatologist, or trichologist.
Any mention of minoxidil, finasteride, or similar treatments is informational only and always framed as something to raise with a doctor — never an instruction to start, stop, or dose a treatment. If you have concerns about hair loss, scalp pain, or a medical condition, please see a healthcare professional.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a HairFall Guard account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
You sign in with Apple or Google — HairFall Guard doesn't hold a separate password for your account. You're responsible for keeping that sign-in method secure. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Preferences → Account → Delete Account.
HairFall Guard Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly, as shown at purchase) billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Select HairFall Guard Premium and tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also tap Restore Purchases in the HairFall Guard paywall if a prior purchase isn't reflected on a new device. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own refund policy — HairFall Guard does not process refunds directly and does not have access to your payment details.
You own the photos and messages you submit to HairFall Guard. By using the app, you give us permission to process that content — including sending it to our AI provider — solely to provide the features you're using (analysis, routine generation, chat). We don't use your content to train models beyond the single request that produced your result, and we don't sell it.
The HairFall Guard app, its design, and its branding belong to Raj Bagri. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.
HairFall Guard is provided "as is." AI-generated scores, routines, and replies can be wrong — we don't guarantee their accuracy, and you shouldn't treat them as certain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairFall Guard and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its AI-generated content.
You can stop using HairFall Guard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate §08, with notice where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We'll update the effective date above, and for material changes, we'll let you know in-app before they take effect.
